Etienne Falgoux (6). Solid in the melee, with exemplary activity in the game without the ball, he fully participated in the collective work of an admirable pack. He fell a bit in the second half. Replaced in ’62 by Jorge Berria (5)more on difficulty in melee.
Yohan Beheregaray (7). His generosity largely makes up for his lack of power, in a match where he faced a big client with Bourgarit. Very accurate in his shots (except for one too high late in the match), he was a remarkable fighter, we even saw him take on Skelton outside the playing area, proof of his state of mind. . Replaced in the 60’s by Adrien Pelissie (5.5).
premium ASM Clermont: admirable in courage and will, Gibbes’s men overthrew La Rochelle
Christian Ojovan (7.5). It’s unclear if he knew he had to last 80 minutes (after Kubriashvili’s warm-up injury), but the Moldovan was admirable in his investment. He not only gave his all at the scrum, he was a relentless tackler. Though completely exhausted, he remained on his feet for the last quarter of an hour.
Thibaud Lanen (7). The young second row confirmed his good performance in Toulon by having a relentless defensive activity. Despite his lack of power and pounds against the Rochelais bulldozers, he rarely weakened and lost ground.
Paul Jedrasiak (7.5). What game ! A remarkable commitment throughout his presence on the pitch. We saw him everywhere, in defense to put seals that made the Rochelenses go back, even in attack where he ensured several relays in the continuity of the game. He was fundamental in defense in several balls taken to the sea. He will forgive you a mistake or two. Replaced in ’58 by Killian Tixeront (6.5) who contributed greatly to building on the defensive record.

premium ASM – La Rochelle (22-13): Jules Plisson’s beautiful score for his first full game with Clermont
Arturo Iturria (8). The captain flew over the key sector stealing four shots from Rochelais and also making a good harvest when he was targeted by his hooker. The captain was also on the front lines of the fight. He, too, got to the end of the line just in time to score Clermont’s first down.
Fritz Lee (6). The Samoan international scratched a very hot first ball that set the tone. Destructive defensively, he had to leave the field prematurely (28th), visibly bruised in the ribs. Replaced by Cancoriet (7) who immediately tuned in
Lucas Dessaigne (7.5). The young third row has been through the oven and the mill in defence. She boarded with a vengeance for more than 80 minutes.
ASM Clermont – La Rochelle: give your notes
Sebastien Bezy (6.5). The former Toulouse player raises his level with each outing. You always have the right options. He also improved some tricky balls. He is also involved in the second attempt, where he was able to time out to wait for the support and not isolate himself from the support of his teammates.
Jules Plisson (7.5). Before the game, he said that he wanted to play a great game. He was present at this particular match against his former club. His occupation kicking game was precise and decisive in keeping ASM from being under too much pressure. In the animation, he also made a decisive pass to Simone on Clermont’s second attempt.
In front of the posts, he certainly misses both conversions, one of which touches the post, but then succeeds without fail by converting three penalties in the second half. Three capital successes that allowed Clermont to recover the advantage and then take the break.

Aliverati Raka (6). The winger has been less prominent than in recent ASM outings. But when it was used, Alivereti Raka took the lead and cornered several defenders.
Irae Simone (6.5). The Australian center scored his first try in the ASM jersey (32nd). But Irae Simone especially excelled defensively where he was in the oven and at the mill.
Julien Heriteau (5). The central three quarters delivered a discreet first half with the ball in hand. Defensively, he tried to tune in with his teammates. Struck in the ankle, he was replaced by Anthony Belleau (6) who came out clean in an unusual lateral position.
Damian Penaud (6.5). The end did not have much to eat. But at the same time, he doesn’t need much… On his first ammunition, he gets around the La Rochelle defense to serve to Arthur Iturria who scores the first try of the match (4th).
Alex Newsom (6). Another clean match for the Aussie who proved invaluable under high balls. In the second half he slipped through the center without this change affecting his performance.
