Monaco had a difficult start at Betclic Elite but managed to get ahead on the Nanterre court (78-75) while Bourg-en-Bresse needed extra time to beat Paris 92 (102-99).
Monaco suffered for its entry into the race in this Betclic Elite 2022/2023. The Roca Team, once again the favorite along with Asvel this season, had all the trouble in the world to get rid of Nanterre (78-75). The victory was finalized in the last minutes thanks to Alpha Diallo. The American bet, with pain, two shots in the last minute and did not flinch, allowing his team, which was down by five points (64-59), at the start of the fourth quarter, to go ahead.
