Strong improvement in results

Revenues amounted to 4.1 million euros, which means an increase of +42% compared to the first half of 2021, driven by a strong return of market automotive who represented 53% of figure business total of S1 2022.

In line with company expectations, sales increased in all markets : beauty, mass consumption, industry and energy. Driven by the need to find sustainable solutions for their products based on eco-responsible materials, economic players are turning to Roctool’s proven technology that meets their very rigorous specifications.

Operating expenses remain under control and only increase +8%. Therefore, they add up to €3.2 million vs. €3 million in the first half of 2021 (and vs. €3.5 million in the first half of 2019 as a reminder). The strict management of resources and purchases allows Roctool to resist the inflationary context well and thus improve its profitability.

Thus, EBITDA is now at its break-even point in 1H 2022, compared to a loss of -€0.9M in 1H 2021, a loss of -1.3M€ in 1H 2020 and a loss of -1 €.4M in 2019.

This continuous improvement in operational performance allows all results to continue to improve.
